Privacy policy
Effective 27 September 2026.
Alexik is a private workspace with no public sign-up (see About). This policy describes what data it handles and why.
Visitors
Alexik collects no personal data from visitors to its public pages and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. Signing in sets a single session cookie.
Connected accounts
An authorised user may connect third-party accounts, such as a Google account. Data received from those accounts is used only to provide Alexik's features to that same user. It is not sold, not used for advertising, and not shared with third parties, except where the law requires it or where it is needed for security.
Alexik's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Storage and retention
Access tokens are kept in a secrets manager and are only sent to the provider that issued them. Other data is kept only while it is needed, then deleted.
Revoking access
Access granted to Alexik can be revoked at any time from the provider's account settings; for Google, at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
